1. WARRANTY COVERAGE

Our Mattress provides a limited warranty against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship under normal household use. The warranty period shall commence from the date of purchase stated on the original sales invoice.

This warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is non-transferable.

2. WHAT IS COVERED

Subject to inspection and approval by our Mattress, the warranty covers:

• Manufacturing defects in mattress materials and workmanship.
• Abnormal sagging or body indentation exceeding 38mm (1.5 inches) when no weight is applied on the mattress and when properly supported by a suitable bed base.
• Structural defects causing foam layers to split, crack, or deform under normal usage.
• Broken or protruding springs resulting from manufacturing defects.
• Defects in the mattress support system that affect its intended performance.

3. WHAT IS NOT COVERED

This warranty does not cover:

• Normal softening of foam, latex, or comfort layers over time.
• Personal comfort preference regarding firmness, softness, support, or feel.
• Body impressions or sagging measuring less than 38mm (1.5 inches).
• Fabric pilling, fading, wrinkles, or normal wear and tear.
• Mattress dimensions that fall within industry tolerance levels of ±20mm.
• Damage caused by misuse, abuse, negligence, accidents, improper handling, or improper storage.
• Stains, burns, cuts, tears, liquid damage, mold, mildew, odours, or infestation by insects, bed bugs, dust mites, or pests.
• Damage caused by folding, bending, standing, jumping, or excessive sitting on mattress edges.
• Damage caused by unsuitable bed frames, foundations, slatted bases, or inadequate support systems.
• Commercial, rental, hostel, hotel, homestay, dormitory, or institutional usage unless otherwise stated in writing.
• Transportation, delivery, inspection, installation, or removal charges.

4. WARRANTY REQUIREMENTS

To maintain warranty validity:

• The mattress must be placed on a flat, firm, and suitable bed frame or foundation with adequate centre support.
• A mattress protector is strongly recommended.
• The mattress must be used and maintained according to our Mattress care instructions.
• The original purchase invoice must be retained and presented for all warranty claims.

5. WARRANTY VOID CONDITIONS

This warranty shall become void if:

• The mattress is sold, transferred, or given to another party.
• The product is modified, altered, repaired, or serviced by any unauthorized person.
• Product labels, law tags, serial numbers, or warranty labels are removed or tampered with.
• The mattress is found to be unsanitary, heavily stained, or damaged due to improper care.
• The mattress is used without proper support or on an unsuitable foundation.

6. WARRANTY CLAIM PROCEDURE

To submit a warranty claim, customers must provide:

• Original purchase invoice or proof of purchase.
• Clear photographs showing the claimed defect.
• Mattress model information and size.
• Contact information for inspection arrangements.

Our Mattress reserves the right to inspect the product before approving any warranty claim.

7. REPAIR OR REPLACEMENT

If a valid manufacturing defect is confirmed:

• Our Mattress may repair or replace the defective product at its sole discretion.
• If the original model is discontinued, a comparable model of equal value may be provided.
• Any repaired or replaced product will continue under the remaining original warranty period and will not restart or extend the warranty duration.

8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Our Mattress shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of its products.

9. FINAL DECISION

All warranty assessments and decisions made by Mattech Bedding Sdn Bhd shall be final.
